🆕 security_risk_domains.csv

A list of Fediverse domains running software that is at least one year out of date or past its supported lifecycle, and may therefore contain known security vulnerabilities. This includes instances running outdated versions of Misskey, Mastodon, and other Fediverse software.

This list is separate from my other blocklists because these domains are included due to software security concerns, not content or user behavior. 😉

Of course, I have also updated block_spam_scam_users.csv. Your Misskey or Mastodon feed will be so much cleaner and clutter-free once you remove those repeating spam and scam users! 🥳

How to use:

1) Pick a source of your choice.

2) Copy and paste or download the file as a CSV (example, blocks.csv).

3) Upload and merge.

I feel the hidden question of the #poll is: Given the #technology base exists, can you just code against it at will? I.e. the tech #ethics question is asked. Where on one end of the spectrum we find the techbro / fossbro, and on the other end of the spectrum we are still learning what we should have there as an alternative to make a social web be social and keep it that way. As "social web" technology by itself offers zero guarantee of that.

still urgently needed:
⏳ $97/$250 for groceries, $153 still needed to cover my monthly groceries. I really need food to survive.
⏳ $0/$218 for meds. Over seven months without medication now, traded for food just to survive. This has to stop.
⏳ ‼️$0/$125 for electricity, water, and internet -- past its 16 August deadline. I'm afraid they are going to cut off my water and internet again.‼️

$496 in total still needed this month.
